Since its establishment in 2001, most of the products are designed and produced by TOMTOY itself, after about 8 years mould experience accumulation, now we have professional design engineer and advanced equipment. Many steel mould brands can be used in our products. TOMTOY moulds are designed to be used for both USA and European markets. Most mould bases and standard components come from LKM or Ming Lee. MOULD Process
1, Customer provide draft or drawing or customer provide draft or sample, we will design the drawing.
2, It depends on customer to decide if it needs to do manual sample or not.
3, Customer appoints the mould material, then start to do mould.
4, Confirm mould
5, Producing and assembly, we have silkscreen workshop or do moving printing, then packing & shipping in short time.
