The calculation way for air shipment weight
In air shipment there are two kinds weight  -- chargeable weight and gross weight. The air company will calculate the cost according to goods density. For the heavy goods, the chargeable weight is actual weight (gross weight), for the light goods, the chargeable weight will be calculated as 1 Cubic meters equals 167KGS,the remaindering if below than 1 kg will be rounded。

The chargeable weight for light goods is as below：
1. Chargeable weight（kg）=length(CM)Xwidth(CM)Xheight(CM)/6000
2. Chargeable weight（kg）= goods volume（CBM）X167KG
Also when air company to measure the goods package, it will be one or two CM bigger than actual carton size. If there is any prominent part of the carton, the length will be calculated as the prominent part.

3、OEM or ODM
Q: I have a good idea, can you design and produce for me?

In fact we welcome for OEM or DDM project, the simplest way is that you provide draft and explanation, we can provide the design drawing to you for your reference within 48 hours. After that we can revise it until you are satisfied with it. Then we need to do mould, test , IC, PCB etc, if you need, we can also provide Bill of Material for your reference.

4、LOGO
Question: Can you print our logo on the product?

Of course, we can print your logo on the product, but we need you to provide logo printing file, big "JPG" file or "AI" and "CDR", no limitation for software version. When you provide the file to us, please also tell me the color number, then we can print the exact color you required.

5、Package
Question: Can we order customer design package?

Of course, you just need to provide design package file （"AI" or "CDR", no limitation for software version）to us.  Normally the package design file is very big and can not be sent by mail, please upload the design file to your FTP, then tell use the download site by mail.
